8 more sleeps

Today was a busy, but fun day. We did some shopping for the baby. She "needed" a water table and a ride on toy pony. She also had to have a pretty new dress, sweet little white cardigan sweater and a matching white bonnet. Sooo precious! I was treated to lunch out with my three favorite guys and we just had a really nice time. The weather was perfect to eat outside, talk and giggle. The mall was having a craft event where the kids could color and assemble a mug for Father's Day. For FREE no less. The boys thought that was awesome. John pretended he was clueless so a win win for the kids. So fun that Emi will actually be here for Father's Day this year.
Then we hit the grocery store for a few things I needed to begin my marathon cooking spree to prepare a bunch of freezer meals. I'm thinking the more I can freeze the better. It'll make needing to feed the five of us a lot less stressful when I'm exhausted and have a still adjusting baby who won't feel like patiently waiting on mama to prepare the evening meal. Thaw in the morning and reheat in the evening will do just fine thank you.
I've developed some sort of rash thing that seems to be spreading around my body. John thinks it's stress related. I just need it to go away. It itches and I just simply have no time for this right now.

9 more sleeps

Tonight marks 9 more sleeps 'til we get ready to board a plane and complete our family!
The boys had a half day of school today and with Monday being a holiday, they have just FOUR days of school left! How in the world did this school year go by this quickly? When I picked them up today we headed out to do a little shopping. I needed a couple things and of course, no shopping trip these days is complete without picking up a couple things for our sweet little miss! Today she scored a binkie holder and a My Pal Violet puppy. John got it all downloaded and it actually says Emersyns name! I love it. Hearing her name makes this mama's heart swell!
Looking forward to the long weekend...our last holiday weekend without our girl. : )

The boys joyfully announced tonight that we have just 10 more sleeps 'til we're on our way to bring their baby sister home.
It really hit me how surreal that is. We've been in process to adopt internationally for just over FOUR years and now we have 10 sleeps left 'til we're Seuol bound. Our family will soon be complete. C.O.M.P.L.E.T.E. a family of five.
We are so beyond blessed and thank the Lord above. God is gracious and faithful.
